If you haven't heard by now, Mrs. E's Dining Hall is going to be going through a massive renovation! Today, we sat down with Mark Maranell, General Manager for Mrs. E's and Sergio Banos, Assistant Manager for Mrs. E's, to discuss the upcoming future of the facility. 
The first step of this renovation will begin Dec. 17, 2012 and will feature the entrance to the dining hall. What will be changing, you ask? A lot will be changing! The face of Mrs. E's will no longer host three West facing doors. Instead, three doors will be facing the North side and three doors facing South side of the entrance to allow more space for students to wait for the bus in a covered area. The floors will also be heated to help with climate control and there will be drainage put in place for inclimate weather. This project is said to be completed by the beginning of the Spring 2013 semester. 
This beginning part of the Mrs. E's renovation will provide a more attractive face to the name we all love. The rest of the renovation will begin Monday, May 13, 2013 and will extend 78 days. Check back soon for more details of this exciting journey.
