Last Friday, KUDining Services had the privilege of hosting KU's newest dining center, North College Cafe's, Grand Opening. Guests ranged from the building crew, old and new dining staff to Mrs. E, herself. The guests began congregating at 2pm and were shared the unique history of the name North College from Vice Provost of Student Affairs, Tammara Durham. Assistant Director of Residential Dining, Sheryl Kidwell, shared her gratitude to the people that made this event possible and afterward, the guests were fed samples from five of the eight stations. Some of the food included: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Four Cheese Margarita Pizza, Focaccia Dippers with Tomato Basil Soup Cups and Toffee Cake. 
North College Cafe is located in GSP. It's hours of operation are M-F: 7am-7pm and Sat.-Sun.: 11am-7pm.
